Your information may be disclosed only with your consent, with assigned lawyers (for case handling), with system administrators (excluding encrypted chat history), or when required by law, court order, or lawful government authority.

All sensitive files and chat history are stored in encrypted form. Only you and your assigned lawyer can view chats. Admins cannot access encrypted chats. We apply encryption and role-based access controls to safeguard your data.
5. Data Retention
Case records and documents are stored only as long as necessary. You may request deletion of your account and related data, subject to legal requirements.
